I think you will have a chance. Your rank among your peers are pretty high and you have done lots of extra curricular activities (univs love to see a youngster get involved somewhat in his or her community) Also, your AP scores, especially the Calc and US history are pretty good (in my opinion). I dont know if you would need it, but you should give SAT I a shot.
