Can cactus bloom a flower?How long it will take to bloom a flower???I have planted my cactus for almost 3 years now but it hasn't bloom a flower. Are there any tips so that the cactus can bloom the flower quicker??

Be patient. Be very patient. I had a cactus that took 15 years before it bloomed. Tip: keep cutting off sprouts that grow around the base.
