Is bathroom water safe to drink?

What really is the difference between toilet water, shower water, bathroom sink water and the kitchen sink tap water?

It all comes from the same place in private dwellings. In a pinch you can drink the water from the toilet TANK provided there's no submersible chemical cleaners in it.

All water in a home comes from a central source, they dont supply different water to your toilet then they do to your tap...It all depends on the cleanliness of what you get the water out of, I have seen sinks that look worse then some toilets.
