Gravity acts on all objects the same. That's why a feather and a brick if dropped from the same height (in a vaccum of course) at the same time would hit the ground at the same instant.

the accepted value is an average per se. the force of gravity depends on the object's/person's distance from the center of rotation, ie the center of the earth. if you were on the top of everest, you would experience a slightly lighter force of gravity, but only lighter.force of gravity = (mass of object x (velocity of earth)^2) / radius of object to center axis of earth's spin

it is constant at the surface of earth if u go above or below earth it decreases if u go at centre of earth u will not experience any gravity there gravity is at the srface of earth and here it is constant but there could be a minor difference at the down places
