whne the sharp shooting pains at bottom of uterus get more intense..?

does that mean you are dialating and about to go into labor soon? and by more intense i mean like when its major and hurts to the point of yelling and happening a lot more than before?

If this is happening to you right now, you may very well be in the beginning stage of Labor!!
If the pains become Regular, and at a Timely pace, every 20 min, every 15 min, etc. then I would think your going into labor....
Don't panic! It could be HOURS before you deliver......get your stuff ready, and head to the Hospital.....If your comfortable at home and the pains are Far Apart, Hospital Close, hang out at home for a while....If close together, or hospital a good ride, then head to the hospital.....Congrats!!!!!!!
