 When timing contractions, do u count the braxton hicks ones in between the... ...painful ones? i have contractions regularly but only some have back ache and period cramps. the otherts are just the braxton hicks variety. i was told to go in when thy are 5 minutes apart. well do i count the braxton hicks ones? they last up to 20 min and my stomache will just be hard the whole time>
