| She basically has to grow out of it. I was a bed wetter until I was about 10 years old. Part of is was I grew really fast (I was 5' 5" by the 5th grade) and my bladder hadn't caught up with my growth yet -- and the other was the fact that I was such a sound sleeper.

| Its very important not to scold the child as they are wetting perhaps through anxiety. Just put a plastic sheet over the mattress. Ask your doc for advice.

| Electric sheets.Joking...The only way I was able to stop the bed wetting was to cut off all liquids a few hours before bed. Don't worry, even when most children come up to you and say "I need a drink" right before bed, they are stalling. They arwe in no danger of withering away in the following 8 hours.

| honestly, be patient. most of the time it is not their fault. you could have her psychologically examined. But at her young age its probably just that she hasn't realized how to wake herself up to go potty. dont get too upset with her. it will just go away as she gets older.

| She's only 3, thats not really a big deal. By the time she is 7 or 8 and shes still doing it then you should worry, shes still very young. Try not to put too much pressure on her or yell at her. Just dont give her too much to drink a few hours before she goes to bed and get her into the habit of going to the bathroom right before she gets in bed

| First, try to figure out why she wets the bed. It isn't always a *physical* problem. Sometimes, there are psychological issues to be addressed. It can be done to get attention, even if the attention might be negative.Young as she is, she might have an over active bladder. For that, you should take her to her pediatrician.Does she drink a lot of water during the day? Just before she goes to sleep? Do you give her water during the night? Consider withholding liquids before bedtime. Stop giving her any thing to drink at least 2 hours before she goes to bed and be certain that she urinates just before you put her to bed.Try not to shame her for wetting her bed. Be patient and understanding. I know she is only three years old, but try to explain to her that wetting her bed is unacceptable. Good luck.

| When my daughter was potty training we found an old folk remedy that really worked. First of all make sure that she doesn't have any carbonation drinks about 2 hours before bed. Also right before bed give her 1 teaspoon of honey then let her brush her teeth so that the sugar isn't laying on her teeth all night. In addition with this I would set my alarm to get her up every 2 hours at the beginning of this process. After about a week of her getting used to this process I was able to move it to every 3 hours. Until she eventually was able to get up all by herself to go to the potty. The honey not only stopped the bed wetting, but it also made her sleep better. It relaxed her quite a bit. The whole process to end the bed wetting took about 1 month. I have shared this with friends and family and some of the children took longer to break the habit while others broke it alot faster. So it varies in each child. Good luck to you. It will all work itself out. Just don't try to rush her and especially don't punish her if she has an accident. I know of some parents that make the child clean the bed and change the sheets thinking that it will make the child "learn a lesson". They realize that it doesn't work, all it does is make the child go into a shell and think that they are being bad when they have an accident.
