What would you do if you found out that one of your parents cheated on the other?

I would not be so happy. So I would inform them both when they are together what you think you observed. Let them fight it out if indeed you are right. They are adults and it is their responsiblity not yours!

I have found this out along with my mother. She stayed with my dad and now they both pretend it didn't happen. Makes me sick but what can I say? Not my choice!

Been there done that. But found out way later. What I found out was dumbfounding. I have unknown sibs. When I found out I just died. Didn't know, and still don't know what to do. So today, as an adult, in a dull marriage, with kids, and I get the urge, it's very, very, perplexing. My children, not my wife, are the main consideration.

Stay out of it. It's a problem for your parents to deal with and if they got over it, it's in the past. If you ever cheat on your spouse, would you want one of your children knowing about it or becoming involved?

My father did, in fact he brought the other woman home for Christmas dinner. My reaction was to throw up at the table because of the yelling and screaming and all of the stress, I was five years old.
