| hey, i am 7 weeks pregnant, first pregnancy,so i dont really know what foods to eat,what to stay away from, or how much fluids i need.i normally drink alot of water, thats just how i am but someone told me that too much water is bad, is that true?just trying to do whats best for my baby

| Obviously no alcohol- no wine, beer, etc. Eat healthy foods and stay away from fast food, frozen food, junk food, or anything bad for you. You probably shouldn't diet while pregnant. Make sure to eat healthy food and pretty much nothing bad for you.

| No water is very good for you never too much. Just eat fruits vegies and whatever you can keep down if you have morning sickness

| A normal healthy diet is sufficient and that includes the eight+ cups of water a day. I do highly recommend that you religiously take your daily pre-natal vitamins and stay away from caffeine and artificial sweeteners.Congratulations on your new little blessing and good for you for wanting to give your baby the best start possible!!

| Make sure no undercooked/raw foods, everything has to be fully cooked. If you are craving for a beer once in a while, you can buy non-alcoholic beer, but don't drink to much. It's bad for the baby.... Mostly foods you crave like meat and veggies are the best. Lots of iron and protein.

| you should eat really healthy foods such as- fruits, veggies, meat ( if your not a vegetarian).to much water is bad for you. your body needs to help keep the baby nourished but too much water can slow down that proses (or at least that's what Ive read)and one last thing as you get farther along your gonna have weird food cravings like pickles and ice cream there's nothing you can really do about that and remember every-ones different so just do what u think is right! its your baby and you know whats best!!!!Good Luck
