what could it be?

could I be pregnant since my last period was on June 23,2007 and my husband did not pull out and I took a test and it said not pregnant but my tummy hurt just a little bit above my bellybutton only when i sit or lay and and than it starts to hurt under my bellybutton also my lower back and feet and ankel and breast hurts what is it please help me fast I'm really confused and worried.
