Toddler vomiting?

My little girl (2 and 1/2) has been fine all day. I put her to bed, and all of a sudden at 11pm she started crying. I went in and rocked her and she stopped crying. Then she just looked at me and vomitted everywhere. She has been crying ever since then but she has no fever or other symptoms. She has speech problems and can't tell me if anything is wrong, but I'm pretty sure her stomach is still bothering her. She probably has a stomach bug or something. Does anyone know what I can give her to help her tummy? Is it okay to give her milk or will that make it worse? Any tips on helping her tummy?

after she throws up DO NOT give her anything for 2 hours after or she will throw up again. just stay up with her and comfort her. theres not to much you can do. no need for meds. if you are going to give her something to drink after about an hour give her some clear soda, like sprite. but not to much.
