is taiwan and hongkong part of china? and is china or america bigger??

are they considered part of china now(or will be in the future), and is china bigger or america. Some sources say america is bigger, others say china is bigger...im confused...

Taiwan is not a part of China but China claims it. Hong Kong is a part of China but it has a special status meaning it can conduct a lot of its affairs separately from China.China has a bigger population than the US, but I think the US still has a bigger total land area.

hong kong is part of china..taiwan is not...yet (some of them prefers to merge with china, some not, some are sitting on a fence...china would like them to be as one though)if i didn't remember wrongly, china is the second biggest - after russia

Taiwan is not part of China.HK & Macau are part of China.But Taiwanese is part of Chinese people.Mandarin is the official language but there some other language are spoken in chinese people.
