Someone help please....I think somethings wrong with me.?

Im 7 days late on my period. Which Ive never had a late period in my life. I am constipated with odd sounds and feelings coming from my stomach. Ive taken a preg test...neg. Something else that is really weird is that my veins in my arms in breast are standing out A LOT more then normal. What could be wrong with me????
