Question about hymen breaking?

Okay, so I'll get straight to the point.
Can you break your hymen by falling on a balance beam with legs spread? >_< How can I tell if my hymen is broken?
Can any harm occur with the said balance beam incident? ie not being able to reproduce, etc

I think you will be fine. But if your worried go to the doctor.

Yep. Many girls these days break it doing gymnastics, riding a bike, doing anything physical like that. You may experience bleeding, pain, or sometimes nothing at all. The only way to really tell is to see a doctor. If you are worried, tell your mom and ask her to take you to the doctors.

its rare but possible, the dr. could understand the reason easily, also if your hymen is important for u, u can have hymenorraphy for repairing
