 problems sleeping at night? My 10 year old has problems getting to sleep at night, does anyone have tips?

| I'm 16, and I haven't slept a good night my whole life. I guess some people never do. I asked a sleep doctor, and he said I only need 4 hours a night. Usually when I wake up around 2 am, I just watch TV or read a book and I have plenty of energy throughout the day.

| My mum and my friends had this sleeping problem. some due to anxiety, some hypertension. So I suggest people who have this vexing problem, can pay a little attention.But they are all cured, for free, without medication, simply by sincerely reciting "Falun Dafa is Good" in your heart. simple as that (believe it or not is up to you). I'm not trying to 'sell' this cultivation because i am not supposed to. But i can say its really a good cultivation method. A lot of ordinary people who came in contact with Dafa have bagan to practice and become good person in life. With the elevation of their morals and heart, their ill bodies are purified. they have become healthy in all aspects once again.I think i've read many similar expereince sharing session, from ordinary people who came across Dafa, in the international forum, which you can go and find.Look under the tab: personal cultivation or open forum, OK?
