Hi, I know its pretty weird to ask this type of question, but what can I do when situation demands!!! I'm very close with a friend, one night we were talking over phone and she told she is having lower abdominal pian and its killing her. She says she feels like bloods are gushing out, she can feel it touching over the site of the pain. It has been nearly 4 years, initally the frequency was once in four-five months... she kept ignoring, now the frequency has increased to 2-3 times per month. During pain she says, "Shit! I will never be able to become pregnant, I know what happened to me. I'm feeling like something has formed knot inside... " I've been insisting her to see a doctor... but she keeps on finding excuses. She says, at least now I've hope. If I know the real situation, I won't be able to take that.

I'm from Bangladesh, it's a conservative country and I cant take her to a doctor all by myself, unless I'm accompanied by any other female. What shud I do? Thanks.
