 poll/question what symptoms do you normally get before/during your period? me-cramps, headache, fatigue, loss of appetite or sometimes increased appetite, lower back pain  does anyone know anything besides midol ( cant take it because of caffeine content .me and caffeine dont get along  that would help with lower back pain it kills me.

| i feel sick when i see/think of food......and my lower abdomen aches a little but my back pain is sooo bad it usually brings me to tears.....try some ibprophen,,,or advil....then a soft bed and a heating pad

| I normally get PMS - by the time AF comes my symptoms are all gone and I am a 'lovely' person. BUT leading up to AF i am terrible!!! Dont be mean to me - I will cry, dont be too nice to me - I will wonder whats up!! I cry at EVERYTHING i see on TV and I am a little bit touchy! I feel VERY bloated. I dont loose my appetite - thats still there! I do get EXTREME back ache which I go and see a acupuncturist for. He puts the needles in and relaxes me. Back ache is terrible, but thats just one of the reasons men cant have babies - they will die without even trying! ;-) Dont we love theM!
