ok so today and off and on this week i noticed that i still have that egg stretchy looking mucus only a little bit around the cervix and slight cramping very very mild.. my period is due around the july first cause i had my period around june 1st and its about 30 -32 days and i think i ovulated around june 16 and 17th..s o my question is.. is this what happens when your pregnant or when you getting ready for your period? what should the mucus be like and the cervix? when should i test too? please let me know!

This sounds to me like you are ovulating.
