Nausea in 3rd trimester?

I am 30 weeks pregnant with twins and I woke up VERY nauseous today and have been nauseous since. I haven't had any morning sickness since the end of my first trimester. Nor have I eaten anything out of the ordinary. I know it's nothing serious. I'm just curious if anyone else has experience this.

I'm 34 weeks with a singleton. I did this too in my 7th month.(8 1/2 months now) I would all of a sudden just get really sick and throw up. Then I would feel perfectly fine afterward. My OB gave me some anti-nausea pills. They worked like a charm! Twins! That is exciting!

well i had twins and i had sickens sal the way up till they were born and mean well in labor i was throwing up , , its normal , go to your doc though ther e may be other things going on

I've had four children and with each one my morning sickness came at a different time for a different duration. Morning sickness isn't limited to any time but seems to be more prevailant in the first trimester my doctor said. One of my children had me sick the entire pregnancy, at least I didn't have as much weight to lose after that one.

You should eat crackers before you get out of bed in the morning. The crackers absorb the stomach acid that could be causing your nausea. Also, after 30 weeks the body creates a chemical caled, Neolifentalmustin (say that 10 times fast, lol) :-) This chemical prepares the body for the impending delivery and it will cause nausea. Try elevating your feet at night and soak your right wrist in epson salt. There is a nerve in your right wrist that will curve nausea and make you feel better in the morning. I hope this helped!
