| advice. Any would be helpful.? My son is 2, will be three in august. We have been living in our new house for a little over month now. These "episodes" had started back in our old apartment. There were two instances where he was pointing at the top of the wall, same spot each time waving and saying hello. I asked him what was there and he claimed it was a boy. He seemed ok with it so i let it go. In our new house about a week ago all these "episodes" had started again only way more significant. My son is in sppeech therapy right now and has some sensory issues so it is sometimes hard to communicate with him. He cannot always tell me what he is seeing. He tries but it is difficult. He has pointed across the room several times teeling me that there is a boy. He also generalizes all grown adults as a boy. I have watched his eyes follow the" boy" around the room. When he sees them he becomes frightened and runs to me to pick him up. The look on his face, he is terrified, he sometimes has tears in his eyes. Help

| Sounds like you should be seeking help from a Doctor to me, a psychiatrist to be exact. It sounds like he is suffering from delusions.

| did you ever think that maybe your son has an imaginary friend? or maybe...heaven fobid...he can see the dead...I'm very sorry that you're having problems...maybe you should talk to a professional about this if it doesn't go away...you never know...maybe it's just a phase...I hope everything goes O.K.

| I don't really know what you should do. But I know that whatever you do, you must believe your son. Children are very open to seeing spirits. Just so you know that you are not alone, my child also see's spirits. He is now 4 yrs old. He probably saw them when he was an infant but it wasn't until he could talk that he made me aware of what he was seeing. When my oldest son was about 4 or 5 years, I had taken a picture of him and after getting the picture developed I had noticed a bright light that was in the shape of a child standing behind him. My 2 year son points at things and laughs alot. So all my children do see spirits. I am fortunate that they have all been friendly. I wish I could be of more help to you, but I just wanted to let you know that you are not alone with this issue.

| A frightening but facsinating situation. I have read and seen programs in regards to 'toodlers' and younger chilren having the ability to 'see' things, it's a some what normal situation. As they get older they loose that gift...Sylvia Brown has written some very good books that talk about these children...it could help you in dealing with and understanding what is happening.

| This is really kind of scary for a parent to deal with. Especially when the child is unable to say exactly what is worrying him. He's probably just got an overactive imagination. A lot of kids that age do. My son is 2 1/2 and worries about "dragons" in his room. A few times I heard him crying after I put him to bed so I want and asked him what was wrong and he said he was too scared to sleep because of the dragons. I have managed to convince him that the dragons are scared of his teddy bears, and things have been a lot better. All you can do is assure your son that you are there to look after him and that, whatever it is he's seeing, you won't let it hurt him.

| Sounds like he is definitely experiencing something paranormal. To elaborate on what someone else said, have a 35 mm camera ready and when he starts pointing or staring, take pictures of that area. You may be able to catch the image of whatever it is on film. Using a digital camera will not work.I don't know what your religious standing is, but you might want to consider teaching your son not to be afraid because Jesus will protect him. If you've ever noticed, whenever people seem to experience these things (in movies especially), they never pray or ask for help from a higher being...I'm not overly religious (although I am a Christian) and everytime I have experienced something like this, as soon as I start praying, it's like the fear vanishes. You might also consider getting some Holy Water from your local Catholic church and doing a blessing on your home with the water. There are various ways to do it, but sprinkling the doors and windows in every room while saying the Lord's Prayer helped get rid of what was haunting my house. You should also go rent The Messengers. It's obviously fictional but it's about a 2 year old that has the same experiences as your son.

| I believe that children this small have a sensitivity to paranormal. If I were you, I would look into the history of your home. Check newspapers at the library for deaths aroun |
