My last period was on the 6th and lasted 5 days,?

I guess im not supposed to ovulate until tomorrow, but we have had sex like everday this week and I have had some tingles all day in my lower abdomen and not sure if I could already conceived. Is that possible and has anyone felt tingles in that area this early???
