I am almost 30 weeks preggo and i heard it is dangerous to cross your legs. Is it true or false.

False! And crossing your legs does not cause vericose veins or mess with your circulation.

hello!It is not dangerous! It might be uncomfortable, but not dangerous. Almost everything you normally do you can do when pregnant. If there is any doubt, ask you doctor. Even sex is normally OK, but again, ask your doctor. Walking, swimming, light exercise. Good.

true and false. I just gave birth to a perfect baby girl in late April. I was able to cross my legs with no problems until I was diagnosed with pregnancy induced hypertension. Then I was told no more crossing legs due to circulation and swelling. If your ankles are starting to swell, don't cross them, but if not there is nothing wrong with crossing them.
