i have had my menstruation last june14 and had unprotected intercourse on the 24th. on june 30, i felt wet and checked in the bathroom, i noticed dark brown / red blots on my panties, this really scared me. until now, the 3rd of july, i still have those red and brown secretions, specially when i went to urinate, blood would mix with my urine. im really nervous about this. and i hope people who have experience or who know this stuff please, help me.

Well, if it's not heavy, then it very well might be. I answered a similar question recently for a woman who was concerned with having what she thought were menstrual cramps during a possible pregnancy. Very light bleeding (i.e. spotting) for several days can be a sign of implantation.

vaginal bleeding can be a sign of implantation, but it should not last that long.have you been having any pain with your urination? or urgency (the feeling that you have to pee, but not much is coming out)? these are signs of a urinary tract infection, which may be a possible cause of the bleeding. it is important you get this checked out...if you don't have a gynocologist, go to a "planned parenthood" or other free clinic. there you can get a pregnancy test done, condoms, even birth control for free, and without your parents finding out. if pregnancy is not causing the bleeding, you still need to get checked out...unresolved UTIs, and certain sexually transmitted diseases (gonnorhea, chlamydia) can cause bloody discharge (in women it can be hard to tell if the blood is coming from your urinary tract/urethra or your vaginal orifice)...these medical problems can lead to PID: pelvic inflammatory disorder, which can make you sterile=no babies FOREVER! you may think this is a great idea now, but someday u may be ready to have a kid and find out that your fallopian tubes are scarred from an unresolved infection=major bummer!hopefully you are just having an irregular period, which is common in young women (used to happen to me and freak me out as well!) in any case, please get checked out coz many STDs like chlamydia and gonorrhea can be cured with medicine (antibiotics)=save your future fertility for when you're ready and the only way to kno if you are or have been infected is to get tested (the bleeding may stop, but that only indicates the infection has moved UP your reproductive tract=more serious!)good luck girl, and take care!
