I am looking for texas attorney general questions?

I would like someone to tell me if they have had any better luck with the texas attorney general than i have? I have had a case since 1996 my child is 14 and never had her child support modified. I get no answers from them. Any advice?

They never had a problem contacting us. But it did go through the county courthouse. It was Attorney General letterhead, but sent through the county courthouse. So, my advice is to contact the courthouse of the county that you live in and file the modification paperwork. They should take it from there and notify the child support division. Or at the very least, get a phyical number of the dept. you need to talk to. You need to talk to someone directly. You have a lot of options as far as modification. Up, down or letters of satisfaction. Good luck to you and I hope this helps.
