i am about to be 30 and i've had my falopian tubes removed can i still get pregnant?

 Not the old fashioned way, you can't. Tubes are needed during ovulation and conception. However, if you still have ovaries, you still have eggs...and your eggs can be retrieved and fertilized in a lab and then placed in your uterus. Artificial insemination may be an option for you.You should talk to your doctor about options for your specific case.Good luck.
