| ...delivery with no stitches or drugs.? I feel ok but wondered if there were any reasons why exercise would be dangerous. I had my baby 11 days ago an feel fine.

| /I've had 3 children, and after my 1st, I started exercising about 4 wks. later after I knew that I was pretty much healed. I would recommend asking your OB/Gyn tho just to make sure, but as long as you feel good, I'd start out doing sit-ups and leg lifts and walking is an excellent way as well, nothing really major until at least 6 wks. | i think no matter how good your feeling you really should wait till after 6 weeks give your body chance to get back to normal but after that you go girl!
