Daily sexual intercourse, starting a week to ten days after the end of your period, and continuing for ten days is about as good as you can get. If this doesn't hit within a year, there is likely a problem which should be investigated medically.

Have sex every other day from the 10th day after your period til the 20th day. Mark it on a calendar. Count 10 days after you start your period and mark every other day after that til the 20th day. This is what my Dr told me and it work, but it may take a couple of months. Remember not everyday, the man needs time to refill.
