How long will it take for me to get pregnant after One Depo Shot?

I took one depo shot november of '05. My boyfriend and i have been ttc since with no luck. This month makes 16 months with no results. Two doctors say I'm completely healthy. I had no complications with the shot yet still no babies. My relationship is suffering. How long does it take to wear off? I've read many articles that have said i should be pregnant by now. PLEASE help with any suggestions. We are ready to be parents.

The depo shot ruined my fertility, I was on it for about 9 months in highschool, i'm 23 now and I had to use fertility treatment to concieve my twins because the depo caused me to stop ovulating and my body never went back to normal after, I don't mean to scare you but you should really see a fertility specialist or at least an OB/GYN for some answers.

maybe your boyfriend is the one who should be check
