How do you deal with going back to work for the first time after having a baby?

My son is 18-months old and until recently I have always worked part-time as a teacher. Now I have to go back full time in August and I'm worried I won't get to see my son at all.

I'm looking for some tips on how to make the most of your time together as a family after work and before bed time.
