how can we tell if our sons girl is pregnant?

ok girls help me out here, now my wife even insisted she take a pregnancy test (neg) but her belly and boobs continue to get bigger.

Well if the pregnancy test was negative I wouldn't push it for a minute. I would totally freak out if someone forced me to take a pregnancy test. Most women on their first baby barely start showing at 4 months, of course that can be different with every woman. So I would say if she was showing already the pregnancy test would be positive. Obviously you will know in the next two months if she is pregnant or not so I would try not to humiliate her by forcing her into testing. Plus she could have a medical or social reason for gaining weight. Women's breasts can continue to grow until age 25. Maybe she is having a growth spurt or has had a change in her eating habits. If you have a good relationship with your son wouldn't he come to you if she was pregnant? I'm assuming he still lives at home would need your continued support if she was pregnant.
