Do anyones husband work away? And are you trying to conceive?

After 4 years of trying for a baby and one ivf treatment i fell pregnant, unfortunately i had a miscarrige today, I would like to start trying again but my husband has just finished his leave and has returned to his job for 9 weeks. Is it possible to do IUI? Is anyone out there in my position? Having to conceive why husband work away for long stretches?
