chances its an ectopic pregnancy??

Friday had pains in lower right abdomen, sharp ones,on and off for about 2 hrs. was worried so went to gp who sent me to hospital for a few tests, i'm 4 weeks so vaginal scan didn't show fetus just thickening of the womb, she said normal. Having 2nd blood test 2moro, had no more pains, no bleeding, feel fine except normal preg symptoms, anyone have anything reassuring to help me?? I know i need to wait and see but its so hard.

I'm having similar pains... and I'm nearing 5 months. I experienced this at the end of my last 2 pregnancies... its the tendons stretching. It is especially bad in the middle of the night when I try to switch sides....

Pains in early pregnancy are very common. Since you aren't bleeding, no more pains etc. try not to worry, I am sure you're fine!
