Kryesore Can I go for walks if I lost my mucous plug?
I usually go for a half hour walk everyday but yesterday I lost my mucous plug. Is it still okay to walk or should I be resting? I just asked this question a few minutes ago but i forgot to add that I am only 34 weeks pregnant. Thanks for your help!
