Which brand of briefs is better?

I asked this b4, but i worded it wrong.. he has the Plain White fruit of the loom briefs, and he is complaining of them being itchy, and scratchy..I use the same laundry detergent, and softner on all of his clothes, and their the right size.... Any other brands that you know of that are better? and help is truely appreciated...thank you
