| I am about 5 weeks pregnant with my first child. I am starting to freak out a little bit since I don't know anything about children. Is there a book or website you would reccomend for bringing a baby home. I have already read everything about pregnancy but now I need to know how many times to feed a baby, when they go to sleep.... Thanks!

| First, you need to relax. Take a couple of deep breaths. Now, are you feeling better? You haven't got a thing to worry about. During the course of your pregnancy you are going to be visiting with an obstetrician, tell her/him your fears and they will give you some guidelines on who you can talk to for help. When you go in to have your baby the nurses there will answer any questions you may have if you ask them. Don't be afraid that your bothering them, thats what they are there for... besides taking care of you postpardem. Before going into the hospital make a list of the questions you have and when you are being cared for by your nurse, you can ask them to guide you on the right thing to do. The website I posted below should give you some help. Your only 5 weeks along, don't stress yourself out about it, it will come naturally! Good Luck!! kidshealth.org

| Baby 411 is a great book and easy to reference when you have specific questions and don't want to read a book cover to cover.
