In alberta &/or Saskatchewan, how long do you have to give your baby a name?

And what happens if you do not name your child within this time period?

if it takes longer than 30 days to register your child, you pay something like 35 dollars.
In BC you still have up until the first birthday to change their name if you change your mind, not sure if its the same in AB and Sask
