4 year old scared to death of dentest?

Everytime i try and take him to the dentist he screams and crys until he gets sick and i have 2 carry him in there because he wont go...I let him watch his twin sister because she loves going to the denest but noah wont go if they say his name he'll grab onto me really tight and starts shaking....He use to like the dentist because he wanted to go and his sister was scared of the dentist but now its changed? how can i get him to go to the dentist without being scared?

For one a 4 yr old is to young to be in the dentist office alone. I always go in with my 2 girls and they are now 7 and 9 yrs old. Let him bring his favorite stuffed animal or play agame with him. Let him know if he is good and lets the dentist check and clean his teeth there will be a small reward after. Little ones are easily scared over the littlest things. Go in with him and sit next to him and talk to him while the dentist is doing what they need to. Make sure he has his favorite stuffed animal to hug!! Good Luck!!
