My wife hits the back of a car at about 3-5mph from static... there was no damage caused at all to either vehicle not even a scratch. So how can her insurance company pay out two whiplash claims totally uncontested. It's ridiculous that this is allowed to happen when it is blatant fraud. You've more chance of getting whiplash from sitting down to fast on your sofa. Also I buy a new build house pay 10% deposit amounting to £10k and a survey of a plot of land for £400 I also had a mortgage garantee in place. The builders delay the house by 6mths and my garantee expires. When I renew it I'm declined. My old home is sold, my children are in new schools and my £10,400 is none refundable! Why is money constantly extorted from people who don't have it? Which is the bulk of us and we constantly sit back and alow this to happen?
