well unless u r a buddhist-no. selfish ppl, liars, cheats and hypocrites r everywhere and the normal ppl(like me and u lol) r the minority.if u were a buddhist u wouldnt care about that.....

I think it is. My theory is, that we humans are still animals in a lot of ways. Have you ever seen a not selfish animal? It's the instincts we need to survive. The christian religion teaches us to get over these instincts, help and love everybody. But it's very difficult, only a few people succeed it. Why each person exists? There's no general answer for that, I think. You have to find your own goals, reasons and pleasures in this life. It can be many things: one's family, profession, or just to make a difference and be good with others.
