I think it's considered unethical to eat humans.Besides, there are some strange diseases you can get from eating humans and it sounds gross.

Did you ever read the book that this was based on (Make Room, Make Room by Murray Lenster)? If you had you would realize that SoyLent Green was short for Soy Lentil Green. Nothing to do with bodies. Just a Hollywood gimmick.
