almost exclusively your experience. there are some physical exceptions, but experience is the key.

to believe that you are the only person who is right is very harmful, in that case you fail to ask other people's opinion and their perspective on some issues, as a result you will get stuck in your own wrong thinking and will face the consequences later in life; this is what happened to me when I was younger and was thinking I am the center of the whole universe;

No idea, but if i take a stab in the dark i would say that if you are aware of your perceptions if they are accurate, everything lasts forever? I guess a clouded judgement or miscommunication blocks those doors.

i think that it means that perception is the thing which is blocking the truth.

everyone has thier own perception - their own insight and ideas about a situation or belief.

each individual's perception is what creates ambiguity and unclarity in the world.
