I have been thinking a lot about this topic and i have analysed of few geniuses of the past:

this is what i noted about them:
-they tend to be more passionate that ordinary people.
-they do not strive to satisfy their own desire
-they do not merely use their intellect and will to satisfy their bellies and petty desires, instead they seek to understand and unravel the mysteries of nature that only they can see.
-they tend to detach and isolate themselves so that they do not reduce their thinking to the lowest common denominator.
-they are full of curiosity and wonder
-they strive for the greater good of mankind and care not for their own person.
-because they desire not for themselves they see the mystery of nature.
-the genius is also unable to attach his mind to anything finite
-lastly an incredible holistic imagination seems to be characteristic of all great geniuses.

One thing they all tend to share is bad hair. Why? Not even they know the answer to that!!
