A weird paradox ? Individualism at death and zombies in life. Why ?

I see posts obsessed with going to heaven as an individual, when in life they are happy to be brainwashed zombies ! We are matter form energy. Energy cannot be destroyed so we are immortal in one form or another. If we become absorbed into a oneness at death we lose our individualism to the horror of a heaven based on earth utopianism believers.
