...and is it not affecting me in future? The guy, who asks my biography, got my e mail address through some sources. The guy wants me to make friendship in order to share feelings, ideas etc., I'm afraid to provide my real details because it may penetrated me trouble in future. (But I want to be honest in providing real details) What's the best way and if i provide the real detail then shall I face any problems in future? Please advise sooner.

At the risk of sounding like some news program, you should NEVER give out personally identifying information about yourself to someone you don't know, ESPECIALLY over the Internet. Most of the time I'm sure it's no big deal but you need to protect yourself from that small percentage of people with, shall we say, FAR less than honerable intent.In short, don't do it.Good luck!

Not at all. You do not know anything about this person. I would first find out exactly how he got your information. Was it through a dating website like Match.com or something? If you are someone who is trying to date through the Internet, never start out with a biography about yourself. You need to build up a level of trust. Try to find out things about him and as you slowly learn information about him and start to trust him, then slowly divulge information about yourself. Good Luck

Well, first off.. don't tell him so much that he can track you down, because that can lead to major trouble.If you want to be completely honest with him, tell the truth but don't be overly specific. Instead of giving your city, give your state. Give a nickname or first name but not a last name.Do not give a phone number, school name, or address. Email.. he already has, just be wary of the information you have connected with it.Just watch what you say, and you should be good.

Don't tell him anything at all. If you don't know who someone is, don't do anything they ask over the Internet. It'll usually be some kind of scam.He's asking for a reason, and there's no situation that I'm aware that that reason would one that is good for you.
