my friend's 23 yr old son is severely mentally & physically handicapped. he lives

in a group home and the? group home registers him to vote. the ballots are then sent to the group home where the manager fills out the ballots and makes my friend's son sign the ballot. this boy cannot tie his shoes & can barely read- he signs his name with his 2 intitials because he can barely write. who do i notify to report this fraud? the US Senator he was forced to vote for won the election- how can i report the fraud without retribution from the the political party?

Just make a tip to your local election commissioner. You can find the information at your town's website.

Wow, i am from the UK , but i just wanted to say that by reporting this fraud you are doing the right thing. This would definitely be classed as a crime in any democratic country.I would report it to the police. That should avoid any retribution. Best of luck.
