Was he flirting? when should i expect a call?

One late night I went to the resturant in town before they closed, I was by myself, and there was 1 group of people there...I was sitting waiting for my food, when the guy in the next booth, turned around and said hi and smiled....i said hi....
and a few mins later, he said " are you dining in or out?" i said take out....
he said id ask you to join us if u were eating in...i said OK...
and probably seemed indifferent...

then i went home...
i realized i should have talked to him more, and he was really attractive, so i called the resturant asked for the guy there, and said look i was just in a hurry, heres my number, and he asked my name and said "very good very good you did a good thing" and then he said he'd call me soon,

i totally forgot to ask his number or name or anything...UGH
this happened MONDAY night...

when should i expect an actual call? im not very good at flirting or random meetings...ive never done it before...im in my

I bet he will call you this weekend. He was obviously interested. There is no need to flirt. You already reeled him in. Just be yourself if you go on a date. If it is meant to be, It's meant to be. If not, that's ok too. Good luck!!!
