Have you achieved what you wanted to achieve in your life?

I dont know if I have achieved all I want to achieve or do in my life. But then again life is full of unexpected twists and turns so your goals can change as you get older.

The moment you get to a point you supposed was your goal, you find a new one.

Accomplishments never satisfy you, they're merely another starting point.

Not yet - nor have you - you're alive, which BETTER mean you have aspirations! Where sentient life exists, choice exists, and as long as there is choice, you aren't done.

I haven't achieved any goals. I have goals, but I don't know which I should pursue. I feel like Esther in THE BELL JAR. Her choices were figs on a fig tree, and before she could pick one and before her eyes, the figs whithered away. So I fear that my choices will pass me up before I make them.

Also, I fear that once I know what I want and I achieve it, there'll be no more wondering what it's like.

And I had no idea that I'd get this personal on a yahoo answer.

Scientists say that when they find an answer to a question about anything in the universe, they discover that they have more questions than ever. Whenever I achieve something I always discover that I want to do 2 or 3 things more before I go.
