...start over ever ok? We've all thought about it atleast once. You just want a fresh start. With new people and new experiences. So, is it ever ok to just run off to a new state? Or is it always just running from your problems?

Sometimes, yes. Depending on your age but consider if you have a bad reputation and you can't seem to live it down. If you go someplace new and noone knows you they can only judge you by what you do there. Not what you've done in the past. Others will judge you by your actions there and what you tell them.

It is O.K. to move as long as your not running from your problems, they have a funny way of following you no matter how far you go, If you want change for the sake of change then that's not a bad thing, if you have problems that you are considering running from then the best thing to do would be confront those problems clear them up then move and start fresh
