"For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction."Does this mean for every act of good that is committed there is an equal act of evil created by that action?

you would have to first determine are good and evil opposites of each other? or would lack of good be the opposite of good? and lack of good isnt necessarily evil , just as the lack of evil isnt /doesnt have to be good, then, opposite doesnt have to mean opposed, it could mean oppositional position, such as if i blow in the air, that force of wind might move a feather, opposite from me, it wouldnt move it if it was behind me,

Yes it does, however it is not the fact of good or evil acts but any act. The Small world effect shows how a small or a lrage act can have vast flow-on consecuences. This is niot to be confused with the chaos theory. You know, "A butterfly flaps it's wings and a hurricane develops off the coast" sort of thing, although this analogy does explain both nicely.The small world effect goes like this, I nearly crash into you at an intersection. You are distured and shaken by it, so much so that you fail to see another car at antoher intersection a few minutes later. A person in that car dies as a result of the crash. Therefore my action has caused the death of that person. Because of our interconectedness and closes quarter living in cities any action that we take that involves other people will effect others in ways that we are unable to predict.So in short yes, EVERY action has an equal but sometimes not opposite reaction.Hope this helps.
