Kryesore Workout tips?

I've done gymnastics for 9 years and i'm starting cheerleading and i'm pretty good at both and i have to do a lot of situps, crunchs, pushups, etc. i have a lot of stomach muscle but i dont have even 1 pack.. any good tips for getting a six pack or a 2 pack or anything?? please help.
